What are the gift reception hours?

08:00h to 20:00h on weekdays.

What are the deadlines to participate?

In order to organize the distribution of the gifts and ensure that they arrive safely to all households, we need to receive your gift before December 20th at the address indicated in your email.

What happens if I deliver the gift after the deadline?

Receiving the gifts after the deadline indicated makes it very difficult to deliver them, so we ask you to adjust to the dates indicated or, failing that, to collaborate by making a donation.

Where and how do I send the gift?

If you have decided to collaborate and have requested to make a gift, you will have received an email with the address to which you have to send it. You can buy it on a digital platform and send it directly to the address indicated in your email; or you can buy it in a physical store and send it to us by post. Remember to send it within the indicated deadlines and to indicate the name and age of the assigned child on the package.

Is it necessary to wrap the gift?

It is not necessary. If you wrap it, make sure you can indicate the name and age of the child on the outside. If the online shopping platform does not allow you to do so, it is better to send it unwrapped so that we can classify it more easily.

Can I donate used toys if they are in perfect condition?

No. It must be a new toy.

Can I give clothes as a gift?

No. It has to be a toy that also adapts to the age of the boy or girl that you have been given.

Can I change children?

No. Once you are assigned a boy or girl we will count on your gift to get it to them.

Is there a financial limit to the gift?

There is no economic limit for the gift. But it does not have to be more expensive to make more illusion. Buy it thinking about what your children, nieces, nephews… If you want you can look at the guide with “Gift suggestions” where you will surely find ideas that will help you.

Can I give more than one gift to the same child?

In principle no. You will have to give only one gift to the child assigned to you in the mail. If your gift is composed of different items, you must put them together in the same package.

Where can I send the gift?

The gift should be sent to the address that appears in the mail sent to you by Alma, generally the International Cooperation office in Madrid (Calle Nuñez Morgado 3, 3º, 28036, Madrid).

Who is Cooperación Internacional?

It is a Spanish non-profit organization, declared of Public Utility, National Youth Award and State Award for Social Volunteering, which since 1993 works in social programs for children and youth. Its mission is to promote a culture of solidarity among young people by offering them the opportunity to get involved in social projects through volunteering, training, awareness, entrepreneurship and social innovation. What kind of gift can I buy?

Click on “Gift recommendations” and you will be able to see different gift ideas and suggestions by age.

Can my family or friends participate?

Ask your company. If possible, they will have to register online as you have done and indicate in the “company” field the name of your company.

Will we deliver the toys to the children?

No. The toys will be distributed by Cooperación Internacional so that they can be delivered to each child between December 23rd and January 6th.

Can I participate in the delivery of the toys?

No, it will be Cooperación Internacional who will deliver the gifts.

What is the deadline for sending the gift?

You must send the gift so that it arrives at the address indicated in your mail before December 20th.

Who do I contact if there is a problem?

Please contact the person in charge of the campaign in the company or write an email to [email protected].

Can I send the gift by courier?

The gift can be sent by courier at your own expense.

If I make a donation, what is the minimum or maximum amount I can donate?

If you make a donation, there is no minimum or maximum. If you donate 100 € or more and you are an individual, by law you must identify yourself with your ID. In this case send an email with your name and ID and proof of payment to the following email address [email protected]

How to indicate the child’s age and name in an online purchase?

Here you can see some examples from different platforms. In case you are not able to indicate the name and age, please send us the gift unwrapped so that we can easily classify it.

Why is there no phone number for BIZUM?

NGOs have their own Bizum code. Payments to NGOs or charitable causes are a specific option that appears in the bizum app. Some banks have not yet implemented this option. In that case you will have to make a transfer.
